I think Ms. Barbara Leonhardt is one of the best realtors in the business, and I am speaking from personal experience. We signed a contract with her at the end of January 2008. The escrow on our house closed by the middle of April 2008. Therefore, Ms. Leonhardt sold our house in less than three months in a slow housing market!
